What to Expect with every inspection
We treat every home that we inspect like our own. You can expect your inspector to show up on time be clean and be thorough. Our inspections vary on time from house to house, but you can expect it to take between two and a half to three and half hours. You will be sent a detail written report within twenty-four hours of your inspection. We inspect the major components and systems of your home including but not limited to:
RoofingAll home inspections include a visual inspection of the roof of the home. Finding issues like cracked shingles, nail pops, damaged or missing flashing, and granular loss are our top priority. We want our clients to be able to make informed conclusions on the remaining life of their roof with the information we provide.

StructralThe structural part of a home inspection includes all visible and accessible parts of the homes structure inside and out. This consists of the attic, crawlspace, and interior/exterior walls, floors, and ceilings.
